4. Working Principle

The core principle of the TRICONEX 4351B is to realize protocol conversion and stable transmission of industrial signals. First, it receives RS-232/485 signals from on-site serial devices through its serial ports, which are quickly processed by the internal 32-bit processor. Then, the processed signals are converted into Ethernet signals (such as Modbus TCP/IP) and transmitted to upper systems. Meanwhile, it receives control commands from upper systems, converts them into serial signals and sends them to on-site devices, realizing bidirectional data interaction. The TMR architecture and redundant port design ensure that the module can automatically switch to standby ports when a single port or processor fails, and the electrical isolation technology blocks interference signals, thus guaranteeing the accuracy, real-time performance and continuity of data transmission.
